Seeding

Our service includes quality soil, application with a drop spreader and topping with straw to maintain moisture as the seed germinates.

Sodding

Sod is a great option if you need a full lawn right away. Our sod is top quality and carefully installed over your prepared yard for maximum growth. We suggest heavy watering for the first two weeks to ensure your sod yard settles and thrives.

Your new seed or sod lawn can be installed in spring, summer or fall. However, late August to early October is optimum for quality growth with fewer weeds because of cooler temperatures with sunshine, warm soil and less need for constant watering.
